Client Protection

Abuse, Security & Client Protection

If you ever face phishing, impersonation, scam attempts, domain disputes, or legal notices related to your website, you’re not alone. Zeluryx is built to protect clients calmly and professionally — often without even needing to involve you.

What we handle on your behalf

These issues can feel overwhelming — especially when messages look “legal” or urgent. Our job is to filter the noise, verify what’s real, and handle the situation like a defender.

Phishing & impersonation

Fake domains, fake “support” emails, copycat pages, or scam messages trying to trick you or your customers.

Scam invoices & fraud

Fake payment requests, spoofed email threads, “urgent renewal” traps, or suspicious links disguised as admin notices.

Content/domain disputes

Complaints about content, brand usage, images, trademarks, or domain claims — including takedown requests.

Cease & desist letters

We verify authenticity, preserve evidence, and coordinate a calm response path.

Abuse reports to providers

We coordinate with hosting, registrars, email providers, and platforms when a report affects your site.

Risk reduction

We help close obvious gaps: abuse email routing, reporting process, and basic security posture guidance.

Most of the time, the other party contacts us first. When that happens, we handle the situation quietly and professionally — without stressing you or interrupting your work.

If someone contacted you first

If you received an email, DM, or letter about your website, domain, or content — do not panic. Forward it to us and we’ll take over the heavy part.

Send the full message (including headers if it’s email), screenshots, and any URLs to: abuse@zeluryx.com

1

Forward everything

Don’t summarize. Send the original message, attachments, links, and any context you have.

2

Don’t click suspicious links

If something looks urgent or threatening, treat it as suspicious until we verify it.

3

We verify and respond professionally

We check authenticity, preserve evidence, and handle communication where appropriate.

Our goal: keep you calm and protected. If we need you for a decision, we’ll make it simple and clear.

Urgent checklist (when something feels “dangerous”)

If you think it’s phishing, a scam, or a high-risk situation, do these immediately.

Do not: click links, download files, send passwords, or pay invoices from unexpected emails. Forward it to abuse@zeluryx.com first.

Lock the obvious doors

Change key passwords if you suspect compromise, and enable 2FA on email and admin accounts if not already enabled.

Preserve evidence

Keep screenshots, timestamps, sender addresses, and URLs. Evidence makes resolution faster and cleaner.

Forward the full message

Send original content (not just a copy/paste). If it’s email, include headers if possible.

We take control of the response

We verify, coordinate, and respond in a way that reduces risk — without drama.

How we defend clients (our calm process)

Protection isn’t loud. It’s structured. This is the exact approach we follow so issues don’t spiral.

1

Triage & verification

We identify what’s real, what’s fake, and what requires action. Scams get filtered instantly.

2

Containment

If there’s risk, we recommend immediate steps to reduce exposure (links, domains, access, page changes).

3

Documentation

We preserve evidence so you’re protected and so the next steps are clean and defensible.

4

Professional communication

When appropriate, we respond calmly and professionally — reducing risk and preventing escalation.

5

Resolution & prevention

We close the loop, then recommend prevention improvements so the same issue is less likely to repeat.

Defender mindset: we handle the pressure so you can focus on your business. If the other party contacts us first, we take care of it without dragging you into stress.

FAQs

A few direct answers — so you know exactly what to do if something happens.
